The Grapes 2Summary
A loose continuation of the film The Grapes (dir. Tomáš Bařina, 2008) follows the troubles of a couple of friends, Honza and Jirka, of whom the first starts out as a kind of novice-vintner in the high art of straw wine production. Not only does he fail, but after the unexpected arrival of his pal Jirka his life is turned inside out. For Jirka’s weakness for women turns into a life and death struggle.
