According to the publication by Zdeněk Štábla Dates and Facts from the History of Czechoslovak Cinematography 1896 –1945, volume 1 (Data a fakta z dějin československé kinematografie 1896–1945, svazek 1, Československý filmový ústav, 1988), the director of the film was Vladimír Slavínský. The film was technically so bad that it was never released. The film materials are believed lost.
