A Rococo idyll about a statue of a satyr which is brought back to life. Out of jealousy the statue wants to thwart the betrothal of the count's daughter. The countess receives a letter in which her friend the count, announces the arrival of his son Felix. The news stirs in the countess memories of meeting the count in the past. Her daughter Anisja falls asleep beside the statue of the satyr. In her dream the satyr comes to life and for love offers her his services. He encroaches on her love affair with Felix and incessantly tries to interfere in their relationships. Anisja wakes up and sees that it was only a dream. Nothing will now come between the young lovers.
