The story of a young virtuoso's love for a pretty countess who finds herself in the clutches of an evil seducer.
The film was shot in daylight on sets built in the backstage area of the Vinohrady Theatre. The first time reflective plates and blacklighting were used in films. One of the first Czech films to be sold to Germany for the company Sfinx Berlin. The film materials are believed lost.
