Note

According to contemporary witnesses this was one of the best films made by Pragafilm. The well known speleologist and paleoanthropologist, professor Dr. Karel Absolon (1897–1960) acted as a consultant for several shots. Some of the trick shots were filmed on the roof of the palace of the Czech Bank in Prague (e.g. the witch flying on her broomstick, transformations and disappereances). The film materials are believed lost.
