In the Summer PlaceSynopsis
The Kapička family and their two daughters are visiting the summer residence which proudly holds the title "Spa Boarding House Tišina". Led by the scheming mother, the whole family endeavours to find husbands for the two girls, Mína and Týna. In doing so, they cause problems for Professor Havelka, his young wife and finally even the philandering Doctor Česal, who covets the professor's wife. When the prospect of marriage appears to be lost, a young man appears at the boarding house, who looks single...
