Snib and SnobSynopsis
Landowner Hampl tries to kill his wife so that he will be free to marry the young Bětuška, who he discovers has inherited 20,000 dollars. Snib and Snob play all kinds of pranks. However, during a grotesque spiritual seance Hampl's criminal intentions are revealed and his wife is freed. Bětuška is then be able with her beloved Josífek.
Note
Ferenc Futurista and Jára Kohout from the Smíchov Aréna thatre appear in the film. Their Dadaist humour inspired thunderous applause in Prague auditoriums at the time.
