Unfinished film.
Pižla and Žižla are selecting some items in a tobacconist's. Then they wander around a vegetable stall. They find a banknote which a woman had dropped while coming out of the confectioner's. Pižla is asleep in the park under a bush and the gardener sprays him with water when he is hosing down the flowers. A little girl and her governess are sitting on a bench. She sees the two tramps and feels sorry for them. She offers them a sandwich which she takes out of her governess's bag. We see Pižla in a crowd of street ballad-singers. During an unguarded moment he steals a coin from an old lady's hand. People are swimming. Pižla is undressing and someone shoves him from behind and he ends up in the water. Pižla is carrying a team cup.
In two rare reports in Kinorevue magazine, the film was announced under several different working titles and as “a sounded grotesque with Czech Shirley [Temple]” (then debuting Jiřina Bohdalová). Only part of it is preserved in a silent and uncut form. Originally, a sequel to the film was announced, titled Pižla a Žižla mezi gangstery (which was never actually produced), based on a script by Milena Podhorská.
