Two young men are on a train, talking to each other about various parties, at which there is always a lot of alcohol. An older fellow-passenger introduces himself as a doctor specializing in venereal diseases and warns them about the danger of alcohol overuse. People are less careful when they are drunk and put themselves in danger by getting into casual sexual affairs in which they could be infected with a venereal disease. The film in its largest part informs of the damage that an epidemic recurrence of these diseases would bring to the country's economy.
