The authors of the Mirror visit an office where the people still behave the same as thirty years ago. The officers here create vicious circles around which they circulate documents accompanied by an increasing number of additional papers and enclosures. And although sharing a single office, they use the services of the local registry for this. We can, however, recognize the new, progressive workers among them who are trying to improve and accelerate the proceedings of the particular cases. Moreover, a place at one table is empty. The man who used to sit here exchanged the office for the factory hall and now is satisfied to operate a workshop crane.
