The watchmaker Soucha wants to have a suit made. Josef Hec, who is in charge of the tailor's shop, takes Soucha's order and invites him to the first fitting in two weeks. However, the suit is not ready at that time and the same situation occurs in another two weeks. Again and again, the increasingly upset customer is rescheduled for a later time. One day, a water tap breaks in Mr Hec's appartment, discharging litres of water into the overflowing bath tub. Hec rings up a plumber to come over but is refused - the repairman is busy and cannot come for two weeks. Eventually, Mr Hec drowns in the flooded appartment.
The first film is taken from the occasional satirical film series Trn (Thorn).
