Educational film about an angel, enchanted by the Czechoslovak healthcare system and the care of a woman and child so much that he decides to stay on Earth.
An animated scene: the Lord sends Angel 93 to Czechoslovakia to take care of Milena Nováková, who doesn't yet know that she is pregnant. The angel, in a form of a young girl, wants to take care of the future mother, but she herself attends prenatal consultations and fitness classes for pregnant women. At a lecture, a handsome young doctor tells the future mothers about painless childbirth. In order not to have sinful thoughts, the angel prefers to play marbles with the boys. The angel casts a spell on the boys, and they leave the playground in disappointment. At a pharmacy, the mother-to-be gets free essential vitamins and at a fabric store a complete outfit. The angel feels useless, especially when Milena leaves for a maternity hospital in an ambulance and not in the taxi he has prepared for her. Several animated passages pass where the Lord reacts to the events. The angel who becomes the guardian for Milena's little Jituška has nothing else to do either. The state healthcare system provides important vaccinations and medical care so that Jituška can be cured even from the dangerous scarlet fever. The angel decides not to go back to heaven, but becomes a nurse named Květa and starts working at the hospital.
