A kindly looking man wakes up in the morning and has his breakfast along with his parrot. On his way to work, he finds a man hanging on a tree who attempted to commit suicide. He disentangles him from the branch, and although the man is heavy, he manages to take him to his own apartment. There, he treats his wounds and puts him to his own bed. For the whole day, the man is pleased to have found a friend and fantasizes how they will live together. Instead, the hulking great fellow destroys the whole apartment upon waking up. The man finds out only the following morning since in the evening, he thoughtfully made his bed on the floor. Despite this unpleasant experience, he again carries home yet another suicide whom he found on his way to work...
