Cars control life of a modern man. Even Mr Andělín decides to get a driver license. His manners of a gentleman in his normal life he takes over also behind the steering wheel. He gives priority to each pedestrian, he passes by each puddle from a distance and he is an exemplar for everybody. He receives the desired license and he buys a new Skoda car. In this moment he stops to be an angel, as the instructor considered him to be in the beginning. Mr Andělín drives in the streets carelessly, he drives in every puddle and he likes it when pedestrians are bedabbled. The driving school instructor shoots himself out of fear. The pedestrians wait for Andělín and together with a points man they are after him across Kampa. In the end they catch the trespasser and the points man tears his driver license to pieces and he hands out the pieces to the aggrieved persons.
