A commercial promoting hand-made shoes from the Krása Czech company.
An evening view of Wenceslas Square in Prague, seen from the National Museum, presents night illuminations and the life of a metropolis. A detective in the Detective Institution hears the TV news about some weird sounds produced by an old lantern. He sets out to trace the mystery. He knocks on the hatch of the lantern, which produces the inexplicable tapping. The lantern opens and the detective sees cobblers, sewing shoes. They march out from the lantern in no time and sing: "We make hardwearing shoes, we are the jolly shoemakers." The detective is satisfied to reveal the secret of the lantern. The voice-over concluding the commercial then advises: "Buy hand-made shoes in the Lucerna [Lantern] Palace."
