Motto: They did not say anything – a host – his guest – and a chrysanthemum (Ryota). The Prague panorama is seen from Prague Castle. A voice-over speaks about a plaster egg which contains a finger pointing at the Moon. A man plays chess in a room, a fish slides on the floor, another man on a bicycle rotates along the walls and a girl reads. A painter standing at his easel paints a black square from which a leg crops up and kicks out. A telephone rings and voices launch an endless loop: Where are you going? – To the cinema. – What’s on? – Quo Vadis. – What’s that? – Where are you going? A fisherman addresses a fish in English, the creature jumps into his mouth and starts suffocating him. The girl crows and the chess player begins to eat. The figure he bites at turns into a weeping man. A fear educator appears but we can see only his legs in ski boots. He announces that there is gold in the town and asks everybody to take shovels and dig around a little. The tools make lots of holes throughout the town. A man driving a coal scuttle passes through an empty house. The fear educator vanishes.
