In a burning summer day a rather ragged man rides at the shabby bicycle. The bicycle breaks down and the handle of the paper suitcase full of books, which the man is carrying, comes off. With the luggage in arms, the man is going to the river. He takes off the dark suit, neck-tie, hat and underwear. Naked, he splashes enthusiastically in water. In the meantime, a great black dog has seated at his chattels and growls unfriendly. In addition, it has brought the man clothing to the river. The man, covered by burdock leaf, hides up in bush and he becomes target of jollying of the group of village women. After a while, the dog drives them away and allows the man to take on the wet clothing. Then they are leaving together.
