The present. In a small ceremonial hall of a satanic sect, two preachers conduct a black mass and announce the coming of Azrael. The participants of the ceremony fall into an ecstasy and pass around a cup with a greenish liquid, from which each one drinks. Among the fanatics we see Viktor, who secretly takes samples from the cup. He is a member of a secret organization that has been overseeing the spiritual purity of humanity for centuries. Viktor receives another task from his high church officials because a new unknown sect has appeared. It all started with the disappearance of the priest in the village of Morávky. Before that, the holy water began to boil in the local church, blood flowed from the picture, things fell from the altar, and all the crosses turned in one direction. Viktor goes to the scene and follows the direction shown by the crosses. He has an accident on a forest road because of a large black dog. He wakes up with a bandaged head in the sect's house. Despite the warnings from the girl Nora and the sect leader Ester, Viktor wants to become a new member. In the presence of the entire sect (including Ester, Nora, Lady, Reny, and Kateřina), he undergoes a trial. He is to be burned on the cross. If he is worthy, he will be saved by a higher power. Kateřina sets the fire at stake, and Viktor is saved from the flames by a heavy rain. He passes the test. He sends a message to his organization via a transmitter. In his room, Viktor notices that blood is flowing from both his hands and the hands of the meditating Robert. The sect leader is satisfied; in this way, the "master" takes blood from the chosen ones. Viktor becomes the fourth chosen one. The "master" stops taking blood from the other three, Robert, Vojtěch, and an unknown man; he only accepts it from Viktor. Trainer Dana prepares the man for the final initiation the next day. During dinner, Viktor secretly hides samples from the food, and the third chosen one arranges a meeting with him at night. At the meeting, Viktor learns that the unknown man is the missing priest Kryštof from Morávky. The priest strongly warns Viktor that he must prevent tomorrow's initiation. Two Spanish-speaking strangers with a dog arrive to the sect house. They use the dog to select one candidate among Robert, Vojtěch, and Kryštof for initiation in the courtyard. Viktor documents everything secretly from the house. The dog does not choose anyone, and it even attacks Robert. Kryštof warns Viktor that through the sect, the devil Antichrist will come into the world. However, he does not take his warning seriously. He considers the sect unimportant, even though special tricks are used in it. At night, Viktor contacts his organization again from his car. He is interrupted by Robert, who incapacitates the man. Kryštof reconnects with Viktor and asks him to help destroy the cup the strangers have; it is supposedly crucial for summoning Satan. The priest lures the strangers away, and Viktor finds the Holy Grail in their room, stolen from the Knights of the Cross in the past. The Grail is filled with liquid. Viktor tastes it and takes a sample, but he does not destroy the cup. Meanwhile, the sect leaders decide to choose Vojtěch for initiation. However, Vojtěch is not worthy; he is killed during the ritual by claws suddenly emerging from the ground. Viktor reports to his organization. During the evening, he observes that his skin is peeling off, his hair is falling out, and his breasts are growing. Everyone is amazed by his mental strength during this exercise. The organization wants to intervene and sends an agent to eliminate Viktor. The agent is attacked by a snake. After the attack, Viktor's colleague reveals to him that he has become the greatest danger to humanity. He does not believe him and unintentionally telepathically forces the agent to shoot himself. The women in the sect slowly transform into men. Just as Jesus came to earth through a woman, the Antichrist is now to be born from a man. Thanks to the liquid from the Grail, Viktor becomes a woman ready to give birth to the Antichrist. (Based on the original script)
